The rise in electric vehicle uptake has reshaped the German mobility landscape at unprecedented speed and scale. While public charging is pivotal to growing market, municipalities can play a crucial role accelerating energy transition transport. This research aims assist planning their strategic rollouts of infrastructure size location. In first step, demand estimated based on four development scenarios 2030 EV adoption charging. second geospatial analysis was performed study area. Supply criteria were considered reflect attractiveness each location grid map. supply represent constraints related availability, are categorized into three dimensions: residential, commercial, leisure. prioritization derived from municipality’s input using analytical hierarchy process method its strategy. After obtaining suitability index map, cluster k-means clustering algorithm ensure adequate geographical coverage network.
